The anterior tibial neurovascular bundle was visualized deep between the tibialis anterior and the extensor digitorum longus.

The mobilized tumor is shown. The wide resection was designed to leave part of the tibialis anterior and extensor digitorum longus to preserve function. The extensor is elevated in the forceps.
