A 42-year-old man presented with recent onset of abdominal fullness and pain. There was no history of weight loss, change in bowel habits or other systemic symptoms. On examination there was a large mobile lower abdominal mass. Abdominal X-ray showed a central ground glass appearance.

Abdominal CT showed a large complex cystic/solid lower abdominal mass. There were no other abnormalities seen.

The patient was taken to the operating room for exploration and resection. A large, mobile mass was found (viewed from patientís right). There was no other abdominal pathology.
