This composite shows the relative size and position of the tumor. The final path showed live teratoma with burned out seminoma and embryonal cell components. The majority of teratoma had transformed into rhabdomyosarcoma. The lymph node dissection was negative for tumor. Further therapy was pending tumor board discussion.
