A 50-year-old woman was noted to have a left upper quadrant calcification. She was known to have only a left kidney with congenital absence of the right as shown on this MRI. The patient’s only systemic condition was mild hypertension.

A magnetic resonance angiogram MRA was performed which showed a left renal artery aneurysm. The left anterior oblique view is shown.
