Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy: 1

A 72-year-old man presented with microhematuria on routine physical exam. CT scan showed an exophytic upper pole left renal mass associated with one of two left renal cysts. Because a solid, enhancing renal mass has a 95% chance of being malignant, and because of the risk of biopsy tract seeding, no biopsy was performed.
