The exposed tumor is shown. Distal pancreatectomy was performed (see pancreatic carcinoma, tail.) Pathology showed the deep margin was positive as were 6/13 lymph nodes. The patient was presented at tumor board and radiation with chemosensitization was to be recommended to the patient.
