A 58-year-old man underwent workup for GI bleeding. CT scan done for virtual colonoscopy showed a smooth-walled, fat density lesion in the first portion of the duodenum. There was minimal septation, and the lesion was thought to have benign characteristics. The patient had no obstructive symptoms.
