A 32-year-old woman presented with a complaint of abdominal pain and early satiety. On physical examination, there was fullness in her mid-epigastrium. CT scan showed a large lesion of the left lobe that rapidly enhanced with IV contrast from the periphery toward the center, consistent with hepatic hemangioma.
