A 24-year-old man presented with left lower lobe pneumonia. Workup revealed anomalous blood supply involving the majority of the left lower lobe. Left pulmonary arteriogram shows blood supply to the left upper lobe from the pulmonary artery.

Arteriogram of the thoracic aorta showed a large vessel to the left lower lobe with an aneurysm.

The patient was taken to the operating room for resection of the left lower lobe sequestration. The patient was placed in the right lateral decubitus position.
