A 28-year-old man presented with a several week history of persistent mid-abdominal pain. Laboratory values and physical examination were unremarkable. Abdominal CT scan showed a retrocaval mass encroaching on the origins of celiac trunk branches and SMA. Percutaneous biopsy was read as neurofibroma.
