A 69-year-old male presented with a pulsatile mass in the left groin. He had previously had an abdominal aortic aneurysm repaired with a tube graft and a subsequent left common iliac to external iliac graft.
CT scan showed an aneurysm of the left common femoral artery. Arteriogram showed a normal caliber channel through the aneurysm, an occluded superficial femoral artery and a patent profunda.
