A 69-year-old male presented with a pulsatile mass in the left groin. He had previously had an abdominal aortic aneurysm repaired with a tube graft and a subsequent left common iliac to external iliac graft.

Femoral Artery Aneurysm: 2

CT scan showed an aneurysm of the left common femoral artery. Arteriogram showed a normal caliber channel through the aneurysm, an occluded superficial femoral artery and a patent profunda.

The aneurysm extended the length of the common femoral artery from the inguinal ligament to the take-off of the profunda.
