The renal arteries (double on the right) are narrowed at their origins on both sides. The multiple sites of disease are typical of an atherosclerotic vasculopath such as this patient.

In Situ Femoro-Popliteal Bypass: 8

The femoral arteries on the right were exposed (patient's head to the left) and the proximal end of the saphenous vein was detached in preparation for an in situ bypass. It was elected to dilate the profunda stenosis intraoperatively (sheath in femoral opposite the takeoff of the profunda), and this was done by the interventional radiologist.
