A 58-year-old male presented with recurrent claudication after bilateral femoro-popliteal bypass grafts 13 years previously. Angiogram was performed in preparation for angioplasty of the grafts.

The angiogram revealed fusiform aneurysmal dilatation of the terminal aorta and both common iliac arteries.
