The calcified iliac arteries (arrow). Therefore, this aneurysm will require a supraceliac clamp and will have difficult distal control. Limited proximal endarterectomy may be required to be able to perform that anastamosis. Due to the 5 cm maximal diameter and difficult anatomy, we elected to observe this aneurysm until it expands to a size of 5.5 to 6 cm.
