A one-year-old girl presented with coughing and wheezing. Chest X-ray showed a right superior mediastinal mass.

The lateral X-ray shows the posterior location of the mass. Laboratory studies were normal.

MRI showed that the mass was not calcified. The differential diagnosis included neuroblastoma, ganglioneuroblastoma, ganglioneuroma, esophageal duplication cyst and bronchogenic cyst.
