A 24-year-old woman presented right lower quadrant and right anterior thigh pain. CT scan showed a 3-cm right lower quadrant retroperitoneal mass abutting the right psoas.
Genitofemoral Schwannoma: 2

The axial MRI cut shows the lesion. CT guided biopsy was non-diagnostic. The presumptive diagnosis based on symptoms and location was schwannoma (see schwannoma of the brachial plexus , schwannoma of the radial nerve , and spinal cord schwannoma .)
