Four 2-0 braided sutures were placed between the medial half of the falx and Cooper's ligament. The sutures were tied sequentially.

The three part transition stitch (arrow) was placed from the falx, through the edge of the femoral sheath at the top of the femoral canal, and through the iliopubic tract and inguinal ligament.
