A 42-year-old man presented with aseptic meningitis. In the course of the workup with lumbar puncture, CT and MRI, a mass filling the subarachnoid space in the prepontine and premedullary spaces was found. The differential diagnosis included epidermoid/dermoid cyst, and neuroenteric cyst.
