Scapular Fasciocutaneous Flap: 7

A D V E R T I S E M E N T

The subscapular artery divides into the circumflex scapular and thoracodorsal. The circumflex scapular hugs the lateral border of the scapula and dives below the teres minor to lie between that muscle and the posterior surface of the scapula. It gives off a dorsal cutaneous branch in the triangular space between the teres minor, teres major and long head of the triceps
